Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy (BSCT) is a gentle yet powerful approach to treating a variety of dysfunctions that occur in the human body. Potentially we all can benefit from BCST.  The healing from a BCST treatment comes from within the client, so each individual will have a different experience. BCST works to restore health to the nervous system.  It can facilitate healing in acute and chronic pain, birth trauma, headaches, shock and trauma, and surgery and injury recovery.

Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is light and still.  The treatment is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system.  Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is finally coming into its own niche in Western society. Come and join a growing community of practitioners ready to help make profound changes to the way we understand and support healing, health and a sense of wholeness.

BCST is rooted in the osteopathic teaching of Dr. William Sutherland.  Many people have expanded this concept of the years, but the central guiding principle is that there are forces in the body that are constantly trying to move our bodies in the direction of health and healing. It has been called Lifeforce, Chi or the Health of the body systems. As we go through life, physical and emotional stressors create barriers to the full expression of this vital energy.  Through BCST, I can locate these barriers and help your body remove them so that the Health of your body can express itself more completely. For more info on this method see.
